Selling/Listing Agents:
Please ensure that accurate and complete Quillen’s Point Community information is included on your property MLS sheets, and that Covenants are conveyed to buyers at the time of settlement (see below).
Please provide Quillen’s Point Homeowners Association Covenants, By-Laws,  Community Rules & Regulations, Common Areas Advisory and Marina Rules and Regulations to the BUYER. The Covenants “run with the land” and, by law in Delaware, their provisions automatically apply to all owners at Quillen’s Point. The Quillen’s Point Homeowners Association has a New Owner Fee of $1,000; this fee applies to any transaction which is subject to the State of Delaware Realty Transfer Tax as set forth in Chapter 54, Subchapter 1 of the Delaware Code. This fee is due at settlement and must be remitted by the BUYERS to QPHA at 450 Bayfront Dr, Ocean View, DE 19970.

Closing – Agent should contact the Treasurer, Quillen’s Point Homeowners Association, to determine status of SELLER’S Association Assessment and Fee payments prior to closing, and to arrange for BUYER’S remittance of the New Owners Fee ($1,000) due at settlement. Fire suppression – Quillen’s Point is served by the Millville Volunteer Fire Company, in Millville, Delaware. There are no fire hydrants in or near Quillen’s Point.
