The volunteer Board of Directors and Committee Chairs conduct the business of the Quillen’s Point Homeowners Association in a way that is both fair and open, focusing on and valuing the interests of our home and property owners, so living in Quillen’s Point remains an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for our members and their investment in this premier waterfront community is protected, maintained and enhanced. Volunteer Directors are elected to 1-year terms directly by the members during the annual community meeting in May.

2022-2023 Committee Chairs

ARC – The Architectural Review Committee maintains and revises as necessary “Major” and “Small” Project Guidelines.  Reviews and approves project documentation submitted by members to assure compliance with the Quillen’s Point Covenants.

Community Front Entrance – Manages front entrance area, recommends for board approval required maintenance.

Community Landscaping Review – Reviews and approves project documentation submitted by members to assure compliance with Quillen’s Point landscaping guidelines

Directory – Updates and publishes annual Association Member Directory.

Marina
Coordinates annual leasing and assignment of QP marina slips.

Nominating – Recruits and presents slate of candidates for Board of Directors annual elections and for Committee chairs.

Recreation (Marina, Tennis, Pickle ball) – Provides oversight and maintenance for Common Area recreation amenities, including the marina and the tennis/pickle ball court.  Recommends to the Board revisions to member rules pertaining to use of the common recreation areas.  Assigns annual slip rentals.  Provides guidance for community social events.
Chair & Harbormaster – David Green

Roads & Grounds – Responsible for overall maintenance of roads, entrance and common areas.  Recommends for Board approval expenditures and programs required to maintain Quillen’s Point infrastructure.

Water – Responsible for overall management of the Quillen’s Point Water Utility.  Recommends for Board approval any required maintenance and/or upgrade programs and professional management contracts.
